I was a corporate client with DBS for over 20 years, and only recently despite a million SGD income per annum opted to request a credit card for supporting my son and my spouse. After a year, and fake product sales of a "loan" instead of increasing my credit card limit, I was informed that I had to immediately repay the "loan" which I did not ask and then suddenly the card was not reactivated.
I have no loans, no debt, cash free. That judgment is typical DBS wanna be bank. Talk big but at the end still provincial. DBS hiding behind a phone number.
My branch manager I monthly do business was equally shocked I decided to close corporate accounts and private accounts.
Unbelievable, poor customer retention. Not even Citi-bank is that bad.
